Presently we are installing a fully automated system for climate control. We apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel has been constructed by international norms in regards to wall insulation. We will investigate this wall to see if any fault can be found. We will be able to read the lock and find out who entered the room by mistake and will take appropriate action. Our Spa is well visited and therapists are in high demand. As of today we do have a Balinese therapist and by 1st of April we are expecting two more full time Balinese therapists.
